Refund Policy

Due to the nature of frozen products, we maintain strict refund guidelines.
1. Non-Returnable Goods
Because frozen yogurt melts and is perishable, all purchases are final.
We cannot accept returns for:
- melted items
- opened containers
- used products
- customer taste preferences
- custom builds you created yourself
2. When Refunds Are Possible
Refunds may be issued if:
- wrong product delivered
- package arrives severely damaged
- order never delivered
- major quality issue confirmed
- wrong toppings or missing ingredients
You must provide photo evidence within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
3. Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement.
After preparation begins, cancellation is impossible.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds take:
- 7–10 business days
- via original payment method
